DO YOU OFFER TECH SUPPORT?

We provide L2 and L3 support for all our applications. In the case of operating systems in SaaS mode, we are also able to provide L1 support. SLAs may be based on our public terms and conditions, or may be drawn up by mutual agreement. We have suitable tools for processing and monitoring customer requirements.

DO WE NEED TO HAVE A FACE-TO-FACE MEETING TO START A PROJECT TOGETHER?

We like to communicate in person. We also have many years of experience with complete remote project solutions. Even across the ocean. We use Google Meet, MS Teams or Slack platforms for communication in such a case. The joint documentation is stored in Confluence and the communication language is either English or Czech.

HOW DOES YOUR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS WORK?

Agile project management: SCRUM or KANBAN are both welcome.
DevOps: waterfall
We have experience in project management in Jira.
Daily communication and messaging works on Slack, meetings are in Google Meet or MS Teams.
All team members have multiple years of experience with remote collaboration.

HOW DOES DEPLOYEMENT WORK AND WHAT ARCHITECTURE DO YOU CHOOSE?

Infrastructure: AWS, VPS (proxmox, vmware) OR Dedicated linux servers.
Deployment:All our code lies in GitLab 
We are able to design and build suitable infrastructure which will meet application needs. Automatization is a first-class citizen in our daily work. We’re trying to write testable code using TDD approach in order to provide functional and reliable output.
Using monitoring and automatization we can easily achieve zero-downtime deployment.
